Resort arrival and independent booking
The airport transfer to Club Med Trancoso usually takes about 1 hour 10 minutes to 1 hour 20 minutes, depending on the route and traffic. Drop-off is at the resort reception. Transfer Trancoso provides a private, independent service without an official partnership with Club Med. Check with the resort or your accommodation provider whether your package already includes transport before booking another service.
Booking and confirmation
We recommend booking at least one day before arrival. Same-day requests are also accepted with at least two hours’ notice, subject to availability. The team confirms the booking by message; no advance deposit is required. Send your name, contact, date, pick-up point, destination or accommodation, passengers, luggage and flight details. For a round trip, include the details of both journeys.
Airport meeting and flight tracking
Your driver meets you at Porto Seguro Airport arrivals with a sign showing the passenger’s booking name. We track the flight in real time to adjust the meeting if it is delayed or arrives early. Normally there is no additional charge for waiting caused by the flight; specific circumstances are agreed with the team. Infant seats, child seats and boosters
We provide infant seats, child seats and boosters at no extra cost, subject to reservation and availability. Up to three seats can be arranged in one vehicle, depending on its configuration. Provide the number of children and each child’s age, weight and height so the team can arrange the equipment and vehicle. These details are more useful than simply asking for “a child seat”.
Return from Club Med
Provide your departure flight details and room number to arrange the meeting inside the hotel. Our team coordinates access and the pick-up point with you. Pick-up time must allow for the journey, possible delays and the airline’s required arrival time. Request both journeys in one conversation, with separate dates and times.
