Infant seats, child seats and boosters
We provide infant seats, child seats and boosters at no extra cost, subject to reservation and availability. Up to three seats can be arranged in one vehicle, depending on its configuration. Provide the number of children and each child’s age, weight and height so the team can arrange the equipment and vehicle. These details are more useful than simply asking for “a child seat”.
Luggage, strollers and mobility needs
The planning reference is one large suitcase per passenger. Also declare smaller bags, strollers and wheelchairs: space must be arranged around the number of people and child equipment. Mention these items when booking so a suitable vehicle can be selected. For reduced mobility, describe the assistance needed and boarding arrangements; confirm the available configuration before booking.
Necessary stops during the journey
Necessary stops can be arranged, for example for a child’s snack, a diaper change or a bathroom visit. Request them in advance to coordinate the journey; these stops have no additional charge. This applies to needs along the route. Sightseeing or destination changes should be requested separately.
Airport meeting and flight tracking
Your driver meets you at Porto Seguro Airport arrivals with a sign showing the passenger’s booking name. We track the flight in real time to adjust the meeting if it is delayed or arrives early. Normally there is no additional charge for waiting caused by the flight; specific circumstances are agreed with the team. If you cannot find your driver, message us on WhatsApp or call +55 73 99975-8081.
Booking and confirmation
We recommend booking at least one day before arrival. Same-day requests are also accepted with at least two hours’ notice, subject to availability. The team confirms the booking by message; no advance deposit is required. Send your name, contact, date, pick-up point, destination or accommodation, passengers, luggage and flight details. For a round trip, include the details of both journeys.
