Route and drop-off in Trancoso
The journey usually takes around 1 hour 20 minutes in normal conditions. We may use the ferry or the road, depending on the time and route conditions. When ferry queues are long, we prefer the road. We serve accommodation, beaches and condominiums, including Nativos, Coqueiros, Itapororoca, Terravista and Taípe. At the Quadrado and other restricted-access locations, the car reaches the permitted limit; agree on the final drop-off point with the team. We also pick up from Porto Seguro hotels: provide the name and address.
Airport meeting and flight tracking
Your driver meets you at Porto Seguro Airport arrivals with a sign showing the passenger’s booking name. We track the flight in real time to adjust the meeting if it is delayed or arrives early. Normally there is no additional charge for waiting caused by the flight; specific circumstances are agreed with the team. A vehicle exclusively for your group
All our transfers are private executive services with air conditioning. The vehicle serves only the booked group. For larger groups, we arrange several cars; we do not operate vans. The team provides the vehicle model and driver’s name by the day before travel; for same-day requests, details are agreed during confirmation. Luggage, strollers and mobility needs
The planning reference is one large suitcase per passenger. Also declare smaller bags, strollers and wheelchairs: space must be arranged around the number of people and child equipment. Mention these items when booking so a suitable vehicle can be selected. For reduced mobility, describe the assistance needed and boarding arrangements; confirm the available configuration before booking.
Booking and confirmation
We recommend booking at least one day before arrival. Same-day requests are also accepted with at least two hours’ notice, subject to availability. The team confirms the booking by message; no advance deposit is required. Send your name, contact, date, pick-up point, destination or accommodation, passengers, luggage and flight details. For a round trip, include the details of both journeys.
Arranging the return to the airport
For departures from Trancoso, we recommend pick-up around 2 hours 30 minutes before the flight. This allows approximately 1 hour 20 minutes on the road and arrival at the airport at least one hour beforehand. Agree on the time with the team and allow more time for traffic, queues, adverse conditions or a longer airline check-in requirement. Provide your flight time, accommodation and meeting point; ask for a specific schedule for other destinations.
